Set in gorgeously green farming countryside, Cargurra has all the benefits of being rural, whilst also being close to beaches, things to do and days out.
On-site, we have a Games Room in the Linhay, a renovated traditional barn. It features table tennis, a pool table, darts, board games, books, children’s toys, and puzzles — all free for guests to enjoy (perfect no matter what the weather!).
The Linhay also includes a laundry room with two washing machines, a tumble dryer, and clotheslines outside — these are available for guest use at no extra cost; perfect for freshening up after muddy walks or sandy beach days.
We offer a small selection of play equipment in the garden, perfect for children under 8, including a climbing structure with a slide and a playhouse. It’s ideal for hours of fun for the kids while parents relax in the sun.
Many of our guests decide to bring the dog with them and the farm is a great place for them to stay too. With very little traffic and acres and acres of land, coast paths and sandy beaches, their paws will definitely be kept busy.
You’re invited to explore the farm and enjoy the beautiful gardens, complete with picnic benches and free-to-use charcoal BBQs. Feel free to wander anywhere on the grounds, and please remember to follow the countryside code to help us protect and preserve this special place.
Cargurra Farm is located right on a public footpath so on a nice evening guests can walk across country to the local village of Tresparrett where they can enjoy food in our local pub The Horseshoe. The Horseshoe welcomes dogs but not credit or debit cards. Cash only I am afraid so go prepared.
