Car Parking, Arrival and Front Door
Outside the cottage is a tarmac parking area just used for loading with a gentle slope. Parking within 8m of the door is possible
The cottage entrance almost level with a 6cm threshold and 78cm doorway
The main parking area is 30m away up a gentle slope, the area is graveled
Downstairs
The front door opens into a hall with access to two bedrooms and bathroom
The first bedroom has a 4’6” bed with a 71cm door
The second bedroom has a 3′ bunkbeds bed with a 71cm door
The bathroom has limited space, a 65cm door and handles molded into both sides of the bath.
Shortpile carpet throughout apart from tiles in the bathroom
Furniture is moveable and all is non feather.
Upstairs
There are 13 stairs each 20cm high, 24cm long and 76cm wide with handrails on both sides
Upstairs is a kitchen/lounge/diner with 92cm worktops
Teletext TV provided with remote control (also available are DVD, stereo with CD, radio and tape)
Grounds and Gardens
The gardens and Games room are 40m away
The gardens have in two places, 4 uneven granite steps, 22cm high and 27cm long but these can be avoided by a 100m walk
Gamesroom
Entrance threshold step of 15cm and is width is 70cm
A corridor leads to the games area with a 1m ramp with 10cm slope
The laundry room doorway is 76cm wide
The flooring is slate with some mats

Mobile phone reception is poor, but generally works outside.
